Exness Fees

Here’s a rephrased version of your text, maintaining the professional tone and key information:Exness provides a wide range of account types, including five main options: two standard accounts and three professional accounts. Additionally, there are two social copy trading account types—Social Standard and Social Pro—which cater to traders looking to share their strategies for easy copying. The trading costs associated with each account vary, as the commission-based accounts offer lower spreads than the commission-free ones. All accounts use market execution, with the exception of the Pro account, which allows both instant and market execution.
  • Standard Cent: This account features higher spreads compared to others and has more restrictive risk management, particularly in terms of margin stop-out levels. It uses market execution.
  • Standard: Very similar to the Standard Cent account, but offers slightly better spreads and less restrictive margin stop-out levels, also using market execution.
  • Pro: Offering even lower spreads than the commission-free accounts, the Pro account allows you to switch between instant execution (dealer, or market maker) and market execution (agency).
  • Zero Spread: This account charges a per-trade commission of $3.5 per side ($7 per round turn) but offers market execution, with no restrictions on leverage or stop-out levels. Margin calls are triggered at 30%.
  • Raw: Like the Zero Spread account, the Raw account charges a per-trade commission of up to $7 per round turn ($3.5 per side) but features lower spreads and market execution. It also has no leverage or stop-out restrictions, with margin calls triggered at 30%.
Exness allows cryptocurrency deposits through its wallet section in the client portal.Active Trader Program: Exness offers a Premier Program with various benefits based on your total lifetime deposits and quarterly trading volumes, designed for active traders. While no discounts are offered on spreads or commissions, the program has three tiers:
  • Preferred: Requires a minimum of $20,000 in deposits and $50 million in trading volume per quarter.
  • Elite: Requires at least $50,000 in deposits and $100 million in trading volume.
  • Signature: Requires a minimum of $100,000 in deposits and $200 million in trading volume.
All tiers provide benefits such as priority customer support, exclusive educational content, trading analytics, special promotions, and rewards. Higher-tier members also enjoy lifestyle benefits, including access to events and unique experiences. While some traders may find the lifestyle perks appealing, I personally believe that discounts on trading costs for active traders and free educational content should be prioritized over lifestyle benefits.

Exness Education

Exness has greatly improved in the Education section year over year, transforming its blog into a powerful beginner-focused portal with the new Insights portal.

Exness Insights: The Exness Insights page has a strong base of expertly written articles, made even better by the firsthand examples we see of how these indicators, charting tools and asset specific strategies are implemented in actual trading scenarios.

The resources are well organised and attractively presented. A logical addition would be to build out a structured educational program here and strengthen an area of Exness’s educational offering that needs more depth.

Team Pro: There is nearly a dozen traders classed as “Team Pro” at Exness who share their ways of trading in an influencer-educator role to the customers of Exness. I did enjoy a lot of the lessons and it’s definitely well made But I found it to be also somewhat promotional and not just about sharing knowledge. The promotional side, which might just be the way it is – I’m not certain – is that you get to follow and copy (predominantly) some of these Team Pro traders’ live trades via Exness’s social copy trading platform.

Garbage, aside from the sales pitch I liked a lot of the content off Team Pro even though there are some biased remarks. But, there are also a few of them saying they make their full-time living from trading and want to share their knowledge with our clients as our more inexperienced customers might find use in the service we’ve received.” While this move could be considered mutually beneficial for the broker, its educators, and its traders alike, it’s important to note that statements are available from all of its guest trainers indicating they have experience which they can now impart on others when using Exness.

All in all, this is an area where Exness has made a significant advance – and it lays a solid foundation on which the broker can build out its education offering. The articles are good reads and provide genuine value, but the lack of courses specifically offered through Insights and a more frequent stream of video content that integrates better to Insights is still a space they could develop. With that being said, I was also surprised at how far Exness has already progressed, especially the high level of writing and structured approach attributed to experience when writing an article.

Customer Support

Exness provides exceptional customer support, available 24/7, in a wide variety of languages including English, Chinese, Spanish, and Arabic. Whether you’re dealing with routine queries or need urgent assistance, Exness ensures that you can reach them through multiple channels like email, live chat, and phone support. The multilingual Help Center is designed to efficiently resolve your issues, providing a seamless customer experience no matter your location or language preference.

Who Is Exness Suitable For?

Exness is suitable for a wide variety of traders, from beginners to professionals. Its user-friendly platforms, competitive spreads, and strong educational resources make it a great choice for beginners. On the other hand, its advanced account types and raw spreads appeal to experienced traders looking for low-cost, high-volume trading.

Best for:

  • Beginner traders looking for low minimum deposits and strong educational content.

  • Active traders who need fast execution and low trading costs.

  • Professional traders who need advanced features and raw spreads.
